Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, a definite step up from what we expected. The service was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of all the action. The dining experience was varied and delightful, offering a great start to our days. Overall, a great value for what you get.

The hotel is conveniently located right off '5th Avenue' with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The rooms, while spacious with a sitting area, had a sewer smell issue but were close to the pool. The service was excellent and friendly, although the check-out process for removing unnecessary arm tags was a bit odd.
